FIMRC Programs
Our international volunteers are the heart of FIMRC; without them we could never provide the level of individualized care and heartfelt community interaction we maintain at our clinic sites.
Please consider a short-term or long-term mission to any of our participating clinic sites! We have many different types of international volunteer programs that can fit your needs, availability and skill level.
Check them out below!
Virtual Programs
FIMRC connects globally-minded professionals and students with real-world volunteer and fellowship experiences in resource-limited settings to turn global health theory into practical application.
Volunteer Programs
FIMRC project sites operate year-round and onsite volunteers have the opportunity to learn hands-on how community health programs impact medically underserved communities.
"With FIMRC you get to see global health in action. You get to ask your questions. Everybody's really open with you and not just about like the course material, like it's very educational, and it's intriguing, but you get a real life aspect to the public health material."

"I loved my experience as a volunteer with FIRMC at Project Bududa. I was able to learn and use a ton of clinical skills. I learned so much about the culture and felt that I was immersed into it. The staff was so friendly and made me feel very welcomed, safe, and cared for. I only have great things to say about this trip."
